Beautiful and quiet lot located in the back of the Resort near Satellite E. The lot was remodeled in 2024 and features large umbrellas for shade, a bar with a fridge and bar stools, an outdoor sink with hot water, a gas fire pit, chairs, a grill, a storage box, and more.

From October to April, the rent is $1,800 per month with a $150 electric credit included. From May to September, the rent is $1,200 per month, with no electricity included. The tenant is responsible for paying the resort fees. A deposit is required to reserve the lot.
