The main room features an open kitchen, large island, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy seats, an entertainment center and built-in inside and outside speaker system, dining table. Outside on the trailer is an outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in bar fridge, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.

Monthly rentals include electricity credit up to $150. Will provide copy of electric bill if over 150.00, which must be paid.

We will give first consideration to guests looking for a long-term rental over off season and Oct to Jan. Strictly non-smoking rental.
Propane tanks are filled before the rental period and the re-filling is the responsibility of the tenant before vacating the premises.
 
Golf Cart included in the rental.
