Resort Fees (separate from rent include unlimited golf (two executive courses), 2 clubhouses with pools with hot tubs, 6 satellite pools with hot tubs, bar & beverage wall, pickleball and tennis, laundry facilities, dog parks, beauty salon, and many social activities during season.
