Rental price is exclusive of $22/day resort fee paid directly to ORPS.
Resort fee includes – access to two large clubhouses with full-size swimming pools, hot tubs, a restaurant and bar, tennis and pickleball courts and a world-class fitness facility. In addition there are tons of daily social activities (SINGO is a fan favorite), executive 18-hole par 3 golf course, 9-hole par 3 golf course, six satellite pools with hot tubs, laundry facilities, dog park, beauty salon, and a convenience store.
