Lot 596 is available for rent! 4-5 months from November to March is preferrable.
The lot rental fee is $1750/month, which includes $200 towards electricity. However, a resort fee of $22 per day needs to be paid separately to the resort. The lot is located near the front of the resort with easy access in and out. It offers stunning mountain views at sunset.
The rental includes a Weber barbeque Deluxe, dining table and chairs, propane fire table, comfy chairs, and propane heater. There are also storage bins with blowers and tools, as well as brooms to look after the lot. The lot is within walking distance to La Palma pools, exercise room, hot tubs, and La Roma's restaurant.
In addition, a 4-passenger golf cart is available for rent at $300 per month.
