Our 2019 Solitude 5th wheel trailer features two bedrooms. A master suite with King Bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom with a pull-out couch, and multiple bunks with a bathroom and private entrance. The main room features an open kitchen, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy
seats, an entertainment center and built-in inside and outside speaker system, dining table, and Kitchen Island. Outside on the trailer is a built-in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.


Currently, we have only one opening for the coming snowbird 2022 -2023 season due to a cancellation request for November 2022 at a reduced rental rate of $500 us ($2650.00). If you are interested in securing the month of November 2022 please contact us right away. For next year, our lot and trailer will be available from November 1, 2023, to April 15, 2024.


We will give first consideration to guests looking for a long-term rental over the winter season including from January 15, 2024, to April 15, 2024. Strictly non-smoking rental.
Rent: $3,150.00 /month in US funds and electric, high-speed internet, water utilities, and cable are included in the rent. The cleaning fee is also covered by the rent. Propane tanks are filled
before the rental period and the re-filling is the responsibility of the tenant before vacating the premises.
