This is possibly the most private lot in the entire resort!  The 2021 Solitude 5th wheel is well appointed and sparkling clean.  See the features sheet for all of the amenities.

$500 security deposit is refundable until 60 days before the rental begins.

There is a separate $25/day resort fee that is paid directly to the resort when checking in.

No smoking or vaping indoors.  No pets. 

•  Lot 500 Features: Possibly the most private lot in the entire resort with extensive landscaping and mountain views to the south and west. 

• The corner lot is adjacent to common area AND across the street from more common area.

• Located on one of the “cul-de-sac” streets with no through traffic. 

• Close to the front gate, La Palma clubhouse and Satellite B. 

• 2021 5th wheel is equipped with 3 air conditioners and residential appliances. 

• Large front living room offers 2 recliners, 2 sofa sleepers, a smart TV that raises up from the fireplace cabinet, and a sound bar above the TV.  Mountain views to the west AND south.  When the TV is down in the cabinet, the front window not only provides southern views but also allows you to see the street in front which is handy if you’re expecting someone to arrive.  There is a curtain between the living room and kitchen that can be closed to provide privacy for guests sleeping in the living room.

• Kitchen is well equipped with a residential fridge and ice maker, 4 burner stove, oven and microwave.

• Half bathroom is located off the kitchen. 

• Dining table for 4 people.

• Bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed and added reading lights. 

• Primary bathroom has 2 sinks, a spacious shower, a washer & dryer, and a residential toilet (uses regular toilet tissue and no tank to pump for this toilet). 

• Extensive patio includes an outdoor living area and separate dining area.  Living area has a sofa, fire table, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, table for outdoor TV, standing heater, a BBQ island with large grill and 2 cooktop burners, and outdoor refrigerator for drinks. There are 2 standing umbrellas, one of which is a large, cantilevered umbrella for afternoon sun.  The dining area has a table for 6 with umbrella.

• Outdoor lighting:  The low walls are lit from within and also have 4 light fixtures on top.  There are exterior lights on and under the 5th wheel.  Both awnings have built-in lighting.  Solar lights are strung on the perimeter trees for added ambience.  

• Extensive landscaping includes palm trees, fruit trees, and large flowering shrubs that create a dense privacy screen.   

• Golf cart included

• Bike rack can accommodate 2 bikes.
