Lot 459, a short walk to La Palma club house. Extra high hedges on side and back of trailer provide unmatched shade and privacy. In season, enjoy grapefruits, oranges and lemons right out your door on the lot.  Trailer has proper king size bed in master bedroom and queen size sofa bed in living room. Included in the trailer is a fully automated esspresso coffee machine, an ice maker, internet, a printer, fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge/freezer, and a well stocked spice rack. Entertain outside in either a front sitting area or back sitting area, depending on your privacy preferences.  BBQ and all BBQ utensils included. There are two 20lb tanks for the BBQ and three 30lb tanks for the furnace and hot water. Please refill any as you consume them.
