Outdoor Resort Palm Springs (ORPS) is a guard gated resort that sits on 137 beautifully landscaped acres with 27 holes of executive golf, 10 tennis courts, 13 pickle ball courts, 8 swimming pools, a fully equipped fitness center, espresso bar, sports bar, beauty salon/barber shop, full-service restaurant, convenience store, 2 club houses, activities, special events and so much more.
Located in the quite satellite C, with easy access to sparkling pool and hot tub, tennis, restroom/showers and laundry. The La Palma Club house with it's big pool, hot tubs, pickle ball courts and Italian restaurant is an easy few steps away.
$3500/mo, or 5 night minimum at $250/night, $200 Cleaning fee. Includes cable, water, sewer and garbage pickup. Electric allowance of $100/month. Internet is available through local providers. All Renters are responsible for a Resort fee currently at $22/day. Security Deposit of $1000 required to reserve.
