Refundable deposit needed to reserve (returned after metered electric deducted) ~ Rent payment due upon booking ~ sorry but no refund for cancellations unless we can rent to someone on our waiting list ~ We accept Zelle & Venmo.

Resort rig requirements:  24 ft minimum length (body of RV) ~ sorry no exceptions; 15 years maximum age.
