The Outdoor Resort Palm Springs is a 5-Star RV Resort and Country Club, 1,213 sites with metered 50-amp electric service, water, sewer and cable services. The resort sits on 137 beautifully landscaped acres with 27 holes of executive golf par 3 golf, 10 Tennis courts, 13 Pickleball courts, 8 swimming pools, a fully equipped fitness center, espresso bar, beauty salon/barber shop, full-service restaurant, convenience store, two clubhouses, laundry and so much more.
 
This lot is located within walking distance (five lots away) to the El Saguro clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, and pickleball courts.  Lot is long enough to park your large rig (minimum size 24ft). The golf cart is included in the rental price. This lot comes with a great mountain view, outdoor living area with furniture (patio table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ outdoor lighting, and fire pit).
 
Pricing:
There is an additional $20 per day resort fee upon check-in.
$1950 per month for months Nov.-March 2023-2024 (includes propane, golf cart, and VERY basic internet, cable box available from resort for BASIC cable) *you pay your electricity if stay for a month or more
$600 per 7 day week (includes, propane, golf cart)- does not include electricity
$120 per day – no minimum
Propane tanks are filled prior to the rental period and the re-filling is the responsibility of the tenant before vacating the premises.

Summer months (May-Sept) rent reduced to 1/2 for month and daily rates (resort fee stays the same) We will give first consideration to guests looking for a long term rental for the season. Will consider rent reduction if staying for more than 4 months.
