Lots can be rented individually or together.
$105 per day, per lot
$1800 per month (Oct – Dec)
$2000 per month (Jan – April)
Summer rates – negotiable
*Price is exclusive of $25/day resort fee (Paid directly to the front office on arrival)
Resort fee includes:
-2 daily rounds of golf at the 18-hole or 9-hole par-3 golf courses
-Access to two large clubhouses with beautiful swimming pools, spa hot tubs, pickleball, tennis, world-class fitness center, restaurant, bars, and showers
-6 satellite pools with spa hot tubs, tennis, laundry facilities, and showers
-Tons of daily social activities during the season (Oct – April)
