$2000 per month Nov-May. Additional Resort Fee of $25.00/day
A security deposit of 500.00 is required and will be held to cover any overage on electricity or damage. An allowance of $10.00 per day for electricity is included in the monthly fee. If you cancel your reservation, the security deposit is nonrefundable unless another person wishes to rent during the time-period you reserved.
Includes use of golf cart (Golf Cart Rentals are normally about 100.00 per week)
Included on lot are 2 storage bins, an outdoor table and 8 chairs, 2 outdoor heaters, an umbrella, a fountain, and an outdoor bar that includes a 2-burner cooking plate and a portable convection oven.
Located across the street from hole 17, only a short walk to the golf starter shack and the El Saguaro Club house with a pool/Jacuzzi/showers, pickleball courts, bar and event hall. Orientation of the lot is such that you enjoy shade on the exit side of your RV through most of the day and is shaded on the other side by a large hedge keeping your RV cooler during warmer days. (Important for your comfort!) Facing the street, you enjoy a spectacular view of the San Jacinto Mountain sunset.
