Picturesque lot with upscale 2019 Solitude 5th wheel in the gated community of Outdoor Resort located in Cathedral City (Palm Springs). Just steps away from one of seven satellite pools/hot tubs and tennis court, and a three-acre citrus orchard ready for the picking. Our lot features palm trees, a lemon, orange, red grapefruit, tangerine, and lime trees, and is set among panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The resort has two large clubhouses with full-size pools, hot tubs, a restaurant and bar, tennis and pickleball courts, a world-class fitness facility, social activities, and an executive 18-hole par-3 golf.

Our 2019 Solitude 5th wheel trailer features two bedrooms. A master suite with a King Bed and a full bathroom. A second bedroom with a pull-out couch, multiple bunks with a bathroom, and a private entrance. Main room features an open kitchen, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy seats, and entertainment centre, and built-in inside and outside speaker system, dining table, and Kitchen Island. Outside on the trailer is a built-in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.

Rent:   Is in US funds based on double occupancy with electric, high speed internet, water, and utilities included. Cleaning fee is an extra $150 us charge added to the rent. Propane tanks are filled prior to the rental period and the re-filling is the responsibility of the tenant before vacating the premises. (Electricity covered up for $175/month. $500 deposit for electricity overage but returned to renter following electric bill confirmation of usage.) Resort fee charges are not included in the rent.
