Lot 500 + RV and golf cart

Available in October of 2026!  The trailer is currently covered for the summer, but we will return in October when the cover will be removed, and we will prepare the property for showing.   The trailer is always covered in the summer (cover included), and the exterior has been meticulously maintained and treated with a ceramic finish by Will Jackson.

• Possibly the most private lot in the entire resort, with extensive landscaping and mountain views to the south and west. The huge corner lot is adjacent to a common area AND across the street from another common area.  Extensive landscaping includes 7 palm trees, 2 orange trees, 1 lime tree, and large flowering shrubs that create a dense privacy screen.  There is also a separate cactus garden that includes a Madagascar Palm.  Located on one of the sought-after “cul-de-sac” streets with NO through traffic. Close to the front gate, La Palma clubhouse, and Satellite B.
• 2021 Solitude 380 FLR is equipped with 3 air conditioners and residential appliances, including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with a residential fridge and ice maker, a 4-burner stove, oven, and microwave.
• LARGE front living room offers 2 sofa sleepers, 2 recliners, a smart TV that raises up from the fireplace cabinet, and a sound bar above the TV. Mountain views to the west AND south.  The front window not only provides southern mountain views but also allows you to see the street in front, which is handy if you’re expecting someone to arrive.  There is a curtain between the living room and kitchen that can be closed to provide privacy for guests sleeping in the living room.
• Half bathroom is located off the kitchen.
• Dining table for 4 people.
• Bedroom has an upgraded, king-sized bed, added reading lights, and a TV. Primary bathroom has 2 sinks, a spacious shower, washer & dryer, and a residential toilet (uses regular toilet tissue and there’s no tank to pump for this toilet).
• Extensive patio includes an outdoor living area and a separate dining area. All patio furniture features Sunbrella fabric and includes a sofa, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, a fire table, another table for outdoor TV, a standing heater, a BBQ island with large grill, 2 cooktop burners, and an outdoor refrigerator.  There are 2 standing umbrellas, one of which is a large, cantilevered umbrella for afternoon sun.  The separate dining area has a table for 6 with its own umbrella.
• Outdoor lighting: The low walls are lit from within and also have 4 light fixtures on top.  There are exterior lights on, and under the 5^th  wheel. Both awnings have built-in lighting.  Solar lights are strung on the perimeter trees for added ambience.
• Custom doghouse and stairs with larger-than-normal “porch” (through approved variance).
• There is a secured bike rack that accommodates 2 bikes. Club Car golf cart is included and seats 4 people. Batteries were replaced in 2024.
