Lot 459

Lot 459, a short walk to La Palma clubhouse. Extra high hedges on the side and back of the trailer provide unmatched shade and privacy. In season, enjoy grapefruits, oranges, and lemons right out your door on the lot.  Trailer has a proper king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Included in the trailer is a fully automated espresso coffee machine, an ice maker, internet, a printer, a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer, and a well-stocked spice rack. Entertain outside in either a front sitting area or a back sitting area, depending on your privacy preferences.  BBQ and all BBQ utensils included. There are two 20lb tanks for the BBQ and three 30lb tanks for the furnace and hot water. Please refill any as you consume them.

In Season Bookings (Nov through April)

Unit Rental $2800/month

Hydro $200/month deposit, reconciled within 48 hours of departure

Cleaning fee $150/stay

Refundable damage deposit $300

+ Renters are responsible for paying the daily resort fee of $25/day directly to the resort

Off Season Bookings (May through Oct)

Unit Rental $1500/month

Hydro $300/month deposit, reconciled within 48 hours of departure

Cleaning fee $150/stay

Refundable damage deposit $300

+ Renters are responsible for paying the daily resort fee of $22/day directly to the resort

No smoking or vaping allowed in trailer

No pets allowed (Exceptions possible, additional fees may apply, call for info)
