Lot 29

The rents for Lot 29 are as follows:

• Jan.-Apr. 2025- $1700 mo.

• May - Sept. 2025 - $900 mo.

• Oct. - Dec 2025 - $1600 mo.

Weekly/Daily Rates are also available upon request. Minimum 3-day Stay.

There is a $75 Electrical Allowance included in the rent and will be deducted from the Deposit if exceeded. Includes a Patio Table, Chairs, and an Umbrella.

RVs/Trailers must be at least 24’ long and no older than 15 years. old.

Lot 29 is steps away from a Swimming Pool, a Hot Tub, Showers, a Tennis Court, and a Laundry.

Renters are responsible for a $25 per day Resort Fee, which includes amenities such as Golf, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Various Shows, Dancing, and a Bar located at the El Saguaro Clubhouse. There is also a larger Swimming Pool, a Fitness Center with workout equipment, and a Restaurant located at the nearby La Palma Clubhouse by the main entrance. In addition, there are also Water Aerobics and Yoga Classes.
